into a weapon or a shield by Dr. Montague in the offline quests "Dr.
Osto's Research" and "Unsealed Door". You need to clear certain quests
to open the right ones, finishing all of the offline quests will do the
trick also. You can convert enemy parts in any difficulty but only in
that difficulty where opened the correct quests. |
